EDWARD
Edward has ten years of experience teaching test preparation, ​with past students scoring in the 99th percentile on the SAT, ACT, SSAT, IB, AP, IGCSE, and A-Levels examinations. He holds degrees in Philosophy and English literature from Boston College and the University of Chicago, where he earned his BA and MA, respectively. Edward has authored eight textbooks for test preparation courses operating in Hong Kong and Shanghai and has trained more than 500 SAT and ACT teachers around the world. What separates Edward from competitors is his ability to couch test preparation techniques in authentic modes of learning and to build original course materials that support both teachers and students in all phases of the learning process.

LISA
Lisa has over 5,000 hours experience teaching test preparation to international students ​in Asia and the United States, and she currently teaches for the Urban Teachers program focusing on high need urban secondary schools. Currently pursuing her Master's in Education at Johns Hopkins University, Lisa holds degrees from the University of Washington (B.A., magna cum laude) and the University of Cambridge (MPhil, with distinction). In 2016 Lisa helped two students earn full scores of 36 on the ACT, two students earn 780+ on the SAT Math subject test, and ten students earn scores of 110+ on TOEFL. In addition, she has helped students excel on a range of AP examinations, from History to Chemistry. Lisa and her students achieved many of these results exclusively via online one-on-one lessons.

KRISTY WIENECKE
Kristy has eight years of experience working within educational systems to optimize learning outcomes for LD students whose individual learning needs demand non-traditional instructional methods and materials. A licensed and practicing Occupational Therapist, Kristy holds degrees from Scranton University, where she earned her B.S. and Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Kristy is available to consult with family members and academic staff in the event that a student struggling with LD or qualifying for special accommodations in standardized testing.
